Today before making dinner realised there was nothing good to go along with the planned dosa. With just few minutes let I just thought of making the yummy tomato chutney.
Ingredients
Tomato 4 nos.
Onion 4 nos.
Dry red chili 10 nos.
Mustard 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for seasoning
Preparation:

Preparation:
First wash the tomatoes and cut them into big chunks.
Peal and cut onions into medium size pieces
Peal and cut onions into medium size pieces
In a mixer blend all the onion to a coarse paste
Then add the red chilies
Add tomato pieces in and blend to a nice paste
In a pan add 2 table spoon of oil
Once oil is heated add the mustard seeds and let them splutter
Then add the ground mixture into the pan
Add the salt and mix well
Close the pan and allow it to simmer for 5 - 10 mins. till the raw flavor is removed
Once done off the stove and transfer the content to a serving bowl
This chutney goes well with dosa, idly, chapati and roti.
